All C&C Motorcycle Seats have a one year warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

RETURNS

We offer a 3 days policy for you to evaluate your new seat. If you have concerns about your new seat during this period contact C&C Motorcycle Seats to discuss your thoughts. If we are unable to resolve your concerns or answer your questions, repack the seat in the original box and return in new condition. The purchase price of the product, less shipping charges, will be refunded minus a 15% re-stocking fee. This return policy is extended to purchases made directly from C&C Motorcycle Seats, if you buy a C&C Motorcycle Seat from your local dealer or other supplier, the return policy is between you and your dealer or supplier, we have no control over the return polices of other businesses.
